What’s new?

The Amplify Screener chat interface no longer displays “You” labels on candidate messages or agent name labels on AI screener responses during screening conversations.

This visual update applies to all screening types: text-based chat, voice, and hybrid screenings, across all supported languages. The conversational flow remains unchanged, but the interface is now cleaner and more streamlined for a more natural experience.

Why does it matter?

This simplified design provides a more natural texting experience and ensures consistency with the interactions that occur before and after the screener portion of the chat.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screening with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition. No additional setup is required.
